OpenPLM Virtualbox VM username/password
 unsolved

I have downloaded the OpenPLM 3D server for Virtualbox but have not found documentation listing the root user password. Is it available or is this version for the Professional Network only?

    Hello,

In fact, OpenPLM 3D server for Virtualbox comes from a project with some French students. I decided to disclose it as it was.

I didn't spend any time to clean and secure it. May be you can find some confidential infos in it. So I decided to keep root user password. It is not available for community nor for Professional Network (which does no longer exist).

For your info, once you launch OpenPLM 3D server for Virtualbox, you have some usefull informations written in the box. For example, the user login is : first_user and the password is : carrot For administrative tasks, the admin login is : django and the password is banana

    Thank you for your understanding

          Hi,

Indeed, my request is not argued. I have the following message " incorrect login " every time.

          i joined a screenshot.

See message 66#message_193 in this thread :

I won't disclose the root password.

This VM is a web server. If you read the welcome message (the one in black window corresponding to your screenshot) you can get the IP address of the web server.

Then you open a web browser (firefox, chrome, ...) in the host machine and enter the IP adress as the URL. You should get the home page.
