Drop-doawn list - Difficult to read - Seems it doesn't return value

Description

I used demo (mobile.openplm.org) as user test.
First, I want to sponsor someone but it's very difficult to read the value inside the Drop-doawn list for group.
Then, I want to create a part. The Drop-doawn list can't be used and when I validate, openPLM returns lifecycle attribute and group attribute are not filled in and they both use a Drop-doawn list.
Thank you.
